Teachers’ Pensions have made changes to their My Pension Online (MPO service). The log in process has been improved to reduce loading times, as a result of feedback received from members. They say displaying average salary and current basic state pension slowed the system down, so this information has been removed. However members can still view this information in their Annual Benefit Statement (ABS).
Any members who have not already signed up for MPO are recommended to do so. This is the fastest and most secure way of accessing pension information and provides access to the latest version of the ABS. It also allows users to make changes to personal information quickly an easily, and to use their personal pension information to access modellers. Retired users can view payslips and P60s as well as access a range of tools, resources and forms.
To register, members need their Teachers’ Pensions (TP) reference number (also called a DfE number), their National Insurance number and a valid email address.
